Corrective maintenance and renovation of equipment and industrial processes
Over the years of Aeroar's existence, we have observed that many customers have dust collection systems that are not fully operational or disabled due to a need for corrective maintenance and technical adjustments.In light of these facts, we developed at Aeroar the line of services for the diagnosis and recovery of these systems that already exist in the client..The entire process basically consists of 3 phases as described below:
Diagnosis
We send you a business proposal to provide you with a complete situation diagnosis report.In this service, we send an Aeroar technician to your company to carry out all measurements in the current system, analysis of components such as solenoid valves, filtering elements, as well as a complete analysis of the situation in which the system is installed..The result of this is a complete report containing all system data, corrective procedures that must be carried out, as well as an indication of all components that must be replaced.Another information that will be contained in this report is whether the system, even functioning perfectly, meets the needs or is undersized for such a situation.These corrective actions can be carried out by Aeroar (see item below) or even by the customer's internal maintenance sector.

For this second phase, based on the report made in the diagnosis, we prepared a commercial proposal to carry out all suggested actions.The preventive maintenance manual will also be made indicating all the necessary procedures for the system to work correctly in the future.
Preventive maintenance
At Aeroar we also have a service called PMP (preventive maintenance program), where we make a contract with the customer to provide all the preventive maintenance service on the equipment..This contract includes periodic visits to prepare a very complete report on each one of them, indicating the system's operating status, as well as possible corrections that should be made.
