The Dust Suppressor (Dust Suppressor Hopper or Flow Centralizer ) is an equipment used to prevent the dispersion of dust in the discharge of low moisture particulate products.In the discharge of these products, due to their physical characteristics and wind actions, there is a strong tendency to disperse the material of smaller granulometry (powder).

Dust suppressor (dust suppressor hopper or flow centralizer) is installed just below the product discharge point.The shape of the equipment and the weight of the product the material particles, almost totally suppressing the air contained in the flow.Through the lower opening of the dust suppressor hopper, the solid column is discharged, forming a flow centralizing effect, eliminating the dispersion of lighter particles.

The flow capacities of the dust suppression hoppers can vary from 20 to 3.000 tons per hour, and the suppressor does not restrict the flow, that is, the flow after installation of the equipment is the same.
